Overview
Hotel De France is located in the centre of Nantes, a 2-minute walk from the Theatre Graslin, the Passage Pommeraye and Place Royale. The interior is designed in a contemporary style to complement the architecture of the 18th-century lobby. The spacious rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and they are all serviced by a lift. Each room has a private bathroom complete with a walk-in shower, and some rooms offer a view of the square and theatre. Additional facilities at the Hotel De France include a contemporary bar, decorated with zebra prints, and it is open every day. A new fitness centre will be available, and additional services include room service and free newspapers.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff were professional, helpful and friendly. The hotel is in an ideal central location for exploring Nantes with shops and restaurants nearby. We stayed in a room on the 5th floor with the garden terrace, The room facilities were good, the bathroom was huge and the bed was very comfortable.

Location fabulous. Little challenging finding car parking but the wonderful Antonin on reception was wonderful. Honestly, he was the jewel in the crown for the hotel 😊 Bedroom scrumptious and I just love Ritual products so a very happy customer indeed. Great wine bar immediately next door which was excellent

The warm welcome on arrival was great. The room was spacious, warm and very comfortable. The bar was welcoming with a good selection of drinks. It is very close to good restaurants and shops. We will definitely come and stay here again.

“Amazing location amd value for money”
