“Bad first impression, but after it was better!”
The apartment is located in the center of Nantes, near the castle, the train station and the tram's stop. There is an inner yard, so you don't hear much from the street noise, in case it is not Saturday. The Wi-Fi was good. There was enough hot water. If you want to cook, you have a kitchen. It was quiet the second and the third night.

“Excellent”
The studio is very cozy and new, and the location is perfect! The owner was also very nice. I had a problem with my booking application and didn't get the check-in information, but he explained everything to me via messages. Everything was excellent, 100% recommend!

The location is good. On the day of my arrival there was a taxi strike. Was it not possible for the owner to tell me to take the tram for 2 stops to the apartment? Also I requested that I leave my bags so that I could do a city tour: On arrival an SMS was sent contradicting the previous message telling me I may leave my bags at 12:00 Unfortunately I come from South Africa: No SMS messages can be received in a foreign country, only Whats apps. Why may I only have the place at 16:00? All messages where in French which I could not fully understand.

I'd easily give it a 10 regarding location, comfort and size. Everything is new and well kept. Very well located and yet, very quiet. Apartment is well equipped overall.
