“Amazing stay”

The house is very true to the pictures, and even then, I was impressed on arrival by how spacious and impeccably clean and well decorated it is, both the private room+bathroom & the common areas. While not dead in the city center, it's in a calm neighbourhood conveniently along the way of one of the central tram lines, and there are also bus connections. Marc was a welcoming host and attentive to even smaller details (e.g. tourism leaflets, readily available fan to deal with the summer heat...). Much recommended.

A wonderful accommodation with a pleasant atmosphere. The communication with the owner was quick, and everything went smoothly. Great location near the bus and tram stop. We also appreciated the small details, such as the well-equipped kitchen and the selection of fruit syrups and coffee.

“Very comfy and useful location.”

We were warmly greeted by our host Marc looking after our every need. A spacious apartment with shared kitchen balcony and lounge diner is very stylish. Comfy sofas to relax in a quiet spot off the main road with tram access to the centre in 15 minutes. Well equipped kitchen.

Everything was absolutely amazing. Marc is so lovely and attentive. He also has a lot of information for tourists wanting to see local attractions. I really felt at home. The room had everything I needed. The whole house is so clean. Thank you so much Marc, if I come back to Nantes, I’ll be staying again!

“a quiet place in a very big apartment”

Big and Great, a very friendly and helping host, safe place for our Bicycle, not fare to the tram

Everything was great and exceeded my expectations. Great and friendly homeowner. Rooms are very big and everything is provided. Shared lounge area and kitchen has everything you need. Location is not great, it's far, but you can take tram, bus or walk. We decided to walk, and it was manageable.

“A home away from home...”

Marc gave us the most warm welcome when we arrived. Taking time to explain all the works of the house and explaining the places to explore in Nantes. He will stop by and chat to ensure that our stay is good. Definitely a place I will come back and also recommend to my friends should we be around again.

“Calm and Relaxed. Great Location.”

Exceptional apartment. Modern, Spacious and Spotlessly clean. The room was large and comfortable with beautiful shower room en-suite. The shared living area (shared with other guests- not Marc) was relaxing, and kitchen space well equipped. The flat is in a quiet, safe, back street, a 3 minute walk to local shops and tram service to central Nantes. (Very regular 10-15 minute journey ) Marc is an attentive and friendly host. He gave us a street map of Nantes, and recommended places to visit. And was smart enough to leave us to our own devices once we were settled in. Nantes is a GREAT city. Plenty to see and do. Lots of Bars and Restaurants. High-end shopping as well as independent retailers and the usual chain-stores. Exceptional local transport -Trams, Buses and even ferries - you can go anywhere on the same ticket. Small enough to walk around if you prefer, or on safe cycle paths. You definitely don't need your car once there, so park up outside Marc's place and have a calm, relaxing break.

Marc is the nicest person you can imagine. Communication was excellent. Marc was there to welcome us and gave a lot of tips on what to do and where to eat. The place is perfect. A lot of privacy as well. Very cozy, a lot of light, spacious, clean. Comfortable beds. Breakfast I can highly recommend. I would go back anytime.

As the name implies, it is Calm and Cozy. And clean. Marc, the host, is very helpful. I would also recommend booking more than one room for a stay with family or friends. It will feel like you are staying in a house with a large living room. The tram station is just around the corner and you can easily reach Centre ville in Nantes.

We had a great stay at Marc's flat, the location is amazing and the flat has everything you could need.

“Perfect Stay”

It was a perfect stay for our group. The common lounge area is so well maintained and well decorated. Marc is one of the nicest hosts we have ever come across and is very responsive. He also gave us a warm welcome and we had nothing to complain! The bathroom, kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary amenities. There is tram station very close by and takes you to the city centre in 15 mins. Definitely recommend this apartment!

Absolutely gorgeous flat decorated modern! Spacious bedroom and bathroom with a double bath as well as shower. Nice outdoor balcony. In a nice safe feeling area, close to tram stop so very convenient.
