“Very pleasant hotel with delightful staff”

The staff were excellent. All were extremely helpful and courteous. The location was good. Close enough to the centre to make everything walkable, and there is a tram line outside the hotel. Free maps and a booklet in numerous languages were available at the recpetion. The hotel was quiet and I heard no noise from neighbouring rooms.

At least It was clean and the staff was polite. The good feedback stops here though because at 20:30 in the evening the following happened to me, my mother and father (this trip was a present for him as he was kidney-transplanted 32 years ago in Nantes):

The room was basic but really clean and quiet and in a great location within easy walking distance of all the main sites. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but fresh and nice.

“Perfect location with great value for money.”

This was a great little hotel, reasonably priced and very centrally located. It is within minutes walk of Place du Cirque where there are buses and trams in every direction. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable and the shower was great. The hotel has a lift for easy access and the staff is very helpful. Breakfast is available as well although we didn't avail of it. There are many great restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Although situated on a big road, there was no noise disturbance. All in all a good choice with great value for money.

The location is excellent for access to the main attractions and city centre. In addition, the staff were exceptional-going out of their way to explain parking procedures. If you are going to stay here, take advantage of the discounted parking offered by the hotel.

The reception!! They forgot how to meet visitor. And how to make at least fake smile. Tell them the smile is free.

Nice big room with an even bigger bathroom .. fantastic location walking distance to lots of sights And a short walk to Tran líne 1 & 2 and bus stops as well.
