“Great compact apartment for single or couple”

Great location for our short visit. Well set up. Fantastic host. Amazing shower!

Small but very stylish studio overlooking the Erdre river with a balcony to watch the world go by. Very clean and well equipped. Comfortable bed and excellent shower. Pleasant walks and park by the river, boat/kayak hire, cafes, bars, shop, tram and bus stops within a few metres. Easy walking to main attractions and restaurants. The owner is delightful, let us use his garage and explained everything to do with the apartment. Wished we'd stayed a bit longer.

Beautiful studio apartment. Was as it was shown on the pictures. It was fun to sit on the balcony and watch the river , its bars and the people all out on warm evenings,

A wonderfully situated studio flat with a great balcony overlooking the river full of barges. There was a festival on the Quayside the night we stayed with food from all over the world. It was marvellous. The flat is perfect.

The location was great. Overlooking the river and easy access to all the sights. You can either walk or jump on a tram which is accross the road from the apartment.

Very cozy place, with everything you need! It is a studio, very well split, with very nice touches (ambient lights, all the amenities needed). You have Nespresso coffee, welcome sweets, tea, etc. The place is in front of a deck with restaurants, very pleasant view. Very close you have supermarkets and 2 boulangeries. In 10 mins you can reach the city center, through a pleasant walk. Highly recommended!

The location is wonderful, overlooking the river (although it can be noisy). Super smart studio apartment with an excellent bathroom. It is very convenient for the tram, but also walking distance from the main tourist spots. Some nice bars just across the river, and a good supermarket round the corner. Breakfast on the balcony is a lovely way to start the day.
