The apartment is spacious and very well-equipped, in a lively location only 10-15 minutes walk from the city centre. It is a busy corner and of course a little noisy but our sleep was not disturbed. The host was efficient and accommodating. My recommendation to him though would be to replace the mattress; as other guests have mentioned, it is really uncomfortable. Everything else was excellent, the coffee maker spectacular! But if, like us as light packers, a washing machine is a must-have, do check with the host before booking. In the Booking.com description of the property it is mentioned along with other provided facilities but the host told us it is normally not for guest use. He was however happy for us to use it and was very relaxed and polite in his comments.

Central location close to river, and quiet at the same time. Supermarket, organic supermarket, bakery… all close by. Warm reception with wine. Good coffee available, pepper, olive oil etc. Nice tips and tourist guides. Nicely furnished, beautiful dishes. Washing machine and tumbler was very convenient as we stayed for a week. Host was available by chat for questions and asked himself if everything was okay. Fast WiFi. Netflix. World Radios. Extra display and power outlets on working area.

The location was excellent. The immediate area had bars, supermarkets and restaurants. It was also a short walk to public transport and the town centre. The apartment was stylish, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Antoine was quick to respond to any questions. There were useful information booklets and a very good local map.

This apartment was incredible. Very nicely decorated and with all the amenities you need for cooking at home and a comfortable stay. Including a great coffee machine that we used everyday. The shower is very nice and there is even a desk where you can work and connect a laptop if needed. The apartment is in a great location and is only a 2 minute walk from the nearest tram station. There is a very nice boulangerie down the street and it is between 2 monoprix with another biocon opposite. It's the perfect place to stay for a comfortable home away from home, and we will definitely come back the next time we visit Nantes.

Beautifully renovated appartment. Very nicely decorated and fully equipped. Good kitchen, comfortable bed, Very close to tram station and within short walking distance of city center. Antoine was a perfect host, easy to communicate with.
