before settling in the hosts demanded a deposit of 400 euros. I paid a deposit of 400 euros. It was already 5 days after the check-out, but the deposit was not returned

“Cosy nice apartment right in the center of Nantes”
It was right in the old town center, close to nice restaurants and pedestrian streets. The apartment was nice and cosy.

“Excellent stay!”
The location of this place is wonderful and lively! It should be noted that it's on the 4th floor without an elevator, so if you have quite a bit of luggage, you need to be careful. The staff was quite polite - you are living in the centre and you've many restaurants, shops and facilities around you. I would definitely recommend it!

“Perfect location”

Its a nice appartment in a great location but you need to know its up 4 flights of rickety stairs and they take a €400 deposit after youve already paid.And you have to empty the rubbish

“Great place in Nantes”
This apartment is very well managed. It’s extremely clean, new and in very good condition. The staff are very friendly, helpful and available to assist. I highly recommend this place to stay.
