“Great location with parking!”

The location is brilliant, we ate at a great little restaurant almost next door (le scenario), and then had some wine at bar 303. The Saturday markets nearby are perfect and lots of great eating and drinking options nearby. The host met us at the property to hand over the keys and explain. The secure underground parking nearby was a real bonus as we were travelling with the car from the UK.

“Perfect option close city/nature”

It’s cosy, clean, and quiet, with a small terrace. The location is close to the city centre and not far from the Île de Nantes canal. Valerie kindly allowed us an early arrival and a late departure, which we really appreciated. The parking is a real bonus.

We loved the location. We had both flats with our son and family in the larger flat and we had the studio. We were able to eat on the deck together each night. Both kitchens were very well equipped. The flats are small, but it was easy to manage.

The dilapidated entrance corridor with garbage cans and courtyard are not really a pleasant surprise when you arrive, but the apartment is impeccable. Unfortunately the bedroom has no outside window.

Friendly greeting by very helpful owner. Virginie even messaged some tourist information during my stay. Great little apartment - compact but would be OK for two. Warm, clean and tastefully decorated. Even a variety of lighting options! Equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed - can be folded up to wall if space needed. Quiet in apartment and area. Large TV with soundbar and Netflix. Shower very good and spacious. Small patio that would be useful in summer weather. Location a little out of centre but walkable or bus nearby. Tram a bit further. Supermarket 5 mins away. No fuss departure arrangement.

Had everything we could ask for. Lovely little bolthole. Very central but also very quiet. We had a lovely stay here.

Everything was super. Clement met us at the property and explained everything. The property was exceptionally well equipped and to a very high standard of accommodation. we felt the location was also excellent.

The apartment has every facility you could ask for. And it all looks super nice, modern and clean. The apartment is also like a little gem in an older/rustic street where you do not expect to find it.

First things first: Location! It has a perfect location in the old city center. A middle school nearby, a top market offering all kinds of food within 5 min walk distance, we bought seafood and breakfast there and enjoyed on our balcony. 2-4 km away from all attractions which can be reached either by foot or with bus. It not easy to get a fabulous hotel with this cost in such a central place, so don't expect a 5 star hotel entrance. But the owner has done everything he/she could to make your stay comfortable. The room is small but you have everything, well-equipped kitchen, full entertainment system, good wifi, even a functional balcony where we can enjoy the sunshine.
