“Great location for exploring Nantes”
It was very nice comfortable apartment in a great location for bars and restaurants and some attractions. A short walk to the tram lines which help getting around for a cheap cost for the day. The garage is a great plus as can leave the car and explore by foot or tram.

Location is excellent and the garage certainly helps things. I could (just about) fit an estate car with a roof box in there. Easy walk to the attractions/city centre. Lidl is a 2 minute walk, which helps enormously. The building is old and on a road close to the city centre and a hospital, so a bit noisy - but it was natural city noise. It's also a student area, which may not fit everyone's expectations. Certainly not an issue for us, we were fine with it. The apartment is very well equipped, with two small children the washing machine and dryer was very much welcomed. Bathroom also very well done. Wifi is great, but really it was the small touches that helped - travel adaptor, toys for the kids, the chromecast, the full cutlery draw/kitchen cupboards, toaster etc. It just made everything easy. We were very happy with what we paid and the stay.
