Wonderful place, super close to bus and tram stops. Supermarket, all kinds of restaurants and cute little shops nearby. The host was very helpful and ready to assist with any problems. The only minor issue was that the neighborhood can get a little noisy during evenings and early mornings, but nothing that earplugs won't easily fix. :)

“Great 4 Day stay”
We loved the fact it was close to Hotel dieu Bus stop where the airport shuttle stops and 2 minutes across the street is the apartment. Not only the stage but also the tram. Literally steps from the commerce tram stop. Many shops , many restaurants, breakfast places, shopping centres, museums. You follow the green line on the pavement it takes you to.an attraction. The apartment at first before you go in it's a bit spooky. Thankfully Mr Tan texted us beforehand with a picture of the door, instructions to how to enter the property. Follow the instructions they are pretty simple and very smart i must say. As soon as you enter the apartment it is bright and clean just enough for a family of three. An instruction manual was on the table. we didn't really use any appliances but there's basically a bit of everything hair dryer , heaters, washing machine (not a.drier), clothes hanger , microwave, mini kitchen , coffee machine, water boiler, TV.

“Excellent stay at Nantes”
The location could not be better. The apartment is spacious, very clean and tidy with everything you need inside! Also Tan, is an excellent host, giving us detailed directions for our access into the apartment! Finally, the bed and the bath are very nice making the total experience even better.

“Great 4 night stay in Nantes”
Location, friendliness, price, cleanliness and communication all absolutely fantastic. Had a great few days in Nantes with my dad for his 60th birthday. Couldn't recommend this apartment and city enough.

“Excellent location (apart from the nightclub) once you could actually get into the apartment.”
The location (apart from the nightclub) was wonderful. Minutes from everything, trams, supermarket, bars etc and just a short walk to the train station. I think the price does reflect that there may be noise from the nightclub. It was light and comfy for 2 people. Appreciated that there were some basics like Loo rolls, cleaning items, etc.
