Front desk staff seemed nice, albeit a bit stressed. Bed was comfy. Provided a fan in the room which was needed. Good location. Had a little kitchenette with a coffee machine etc. has a front door code and can only use the lift with a keycard so felt safe.

Amazing few days in Nantes. Hotel is great, albeit in May, room wasn't too warm wh3n kept window slightly open. Migh5 be worth considering AC in height if summer. There is a fan provided in the rooms. Staff were so welcoming and accommodating, breakfast was great, location was super central. Room had a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, hob top and plenty cutlery/dishes. Very well equipped for our 3night stay. Will be back

The bath equipment: water hardly went through the sink; there was nothing to clean the water on the floor (there was no shower cabin), which went up to the sink and stayed there. We were two days in the hotel, it wasn't a problem, but if someone stay longer, it would irritate a lot. In addition, the sink was extremely uneven (room 320).

“Cyclist friendly hotel in city centre”
Great, light rooms in a very central location. I enjoyed being able to watch the comings and goings from my window. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed and chairs were comfortable. I was happy to be able to take my bike up to my room with me.
