Very friendly, helpful staff. Good location ..about 15 minute walk in to the centre. Very clean room. Comfortable beds. Good washing facilities with plenty of hot water. Hairdryer available from reception if required. Towels ..perhaps a tad small and would benefit from having a hand towel too. Kitchen area compact but sufficient for cooking a meal if required. We just made tea for ourselves. Room warm ..weather not too hot while there. Not sure if air conditioning available. Breakfast was lovely and was kept topped up regularly. Lovely fresh croissants available. Really could not fault the place.

Location is great, close to centre but quiet neighborhood., there are two tram stop nearby. The room has a good kitchenette. Spacious room. Good breakfast. Heater in the room and bathroom. Helpful reception respond messages quickly.

Very short walk to the weekend free tram.

Booked in the afternoon and arrived very late but very good information about codes to get into hotel and room key in safe, via booking.com I also called to confirm & had a text with the information. There was a small store for our 2 bikes. Good room with comfortable bed & bathroom. Did not use self catering facilities. We only ordered Breakfast in the morning & got the last 2 croissants; plenty of food & coffee. Good value for money in a big city.

Great location, tram and market just around the corner but also very quiet. Staff were great, room was basic but it did the job. wifi was good.

The room was great. It was looking like a little apartment. There was everything what you need to cook ect. My son loved stairs. We were in January so outside was cold, but the room was so warm - we slept like a babies. Stuff were very helpful and nice. Breakfast was good. We really enjoy the stay.
