The location is perfect, the personnel is kind and helpful. We could check-in before official check-in time. The room size is decent. The toilet has a bidet function, which is nice!

Really enjoyed my stay. It was comfortable and in good location. Room was always cleaned everyday.

The first room that I got smelled a lot to cigarette even that I asked for a non-smoking room. The hotel apologized and gave me immediately another room and told me that a guest may have smoked in the room without their consent.

Clean, spacious room with soft bed. Originally I was given a smoking room, but they changed it immediately when I asked for a non-smoking room even during the busy golden week. Helpful stuff at the reception. Close to the nice hiking, nature spot.

Right next to the reconstructed TaiPing gate, just outside that is the White Horse park and a plank path up to the Purple Mountain and over to the Ming tombs, as well as the SE corner of Xuanwu Lake -- both excellent for morning exercise. A vibrant neighbourhood with many restaurants, and a bus stop with multiple routes including one to Nanjing Railway Station just in front. Easy walking distance to the JiuHuaShan Line 4 subway station. Good breakfast included. Loaned a nice big umbrella during heavy rainstorm.

The Hotel is very well situated near Xuanwu Lake and Purple Mountain. Also, the breakfast was delicious with lots of different dishes!

Amazing around the clock staff always happy to help even when coming home at 4am after a long night , Was much appreciated!

It’s perfect for a short stay or if you don’t plan to stay all day in the room. The room is very big and have all the basic necessities. Breakfast is good enough

Good location for Purple Mountain and Xuanwu Lake.

The toilet hot blocked. The staff asked us to pay twice because that the payment from booking is late. We have to pay then twice to get room to stay inside. They can firstly arrange us a room and then ask this. After hours travel and we have to pay again for a hotel you paid online already, it feels horrible at a snowy night.

it's was a very pleasant and nice stay. Breakfast was fantastic and diverse. Location wise it was great. You could walk everywhere and also take subway if you wanted. A nice neighbourhood very close to the lake. There was in the room an ironing board and iron for the clothing. That was a nice plus.

Convenient to the metro. Had necessary amenities. First hotel that provided free water (rather than just 500ml) as advertised. Accepts foreigners.

“More costly than I was expecging”

Mostly it was because I did not have a detailed breakout of the costs per day, and so was shocked and upset when I discovered I paid over 900 RMB on the first day. If I had known that I would not have stayed.

the location is good to visit the mountain area and the Xuanwu lake; around 40 min to south touristic area in public transport (underground is 15 min walk away); the personnel was nice and breakfast is good.
