House was clean with housekeeping services. Location within great rift valley lodge hence access to other amenities on the property. ( although these are paid for seperatley ) . Manager is available on call for any questions Kitchen well equiped for self catering

The cottage is located in a very beautiful and secure area within a large private estate. The surroundings are perfect for a relaxing walk. The cottage itself was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the linens were very clean.

The hostJudy and the staff were very friendly and made sure we were comfortable. They kept the cottage clean and were on standby for any assistance we needed. The cottage is also well equipped with all the equipments and utensils one would need to feel at home.

Franklin cottage is great for families! A lovely location, with animals that can be seen in the garden or a short walk to the golf course. We had a lovely BBQ prepared by Julia. And Judy is the housekeeper and is there to meet and greet you.
