The space in the room is excellent. We didn't feel like we were in a matchbox. Extra points for the bathroom/toilet. That seperator makes a difference. Staff are fairly quick to respond on any concerns or issues. Breakfast was super. Good variety of options.

“A peaceful, out of this world experience. I would highly recommend.”
My earlier visit, breakfast area was in a very cold location, but during my last visit. they fixed that by adding very nice glass partition , now it is awesome. I would recommend anyone travelling with their family to this great hotel, my daughters can't stop mentioning Burch resort.

“Amazing mattress and great view”
- The view from our room was gorgeous - straight on the lake. The room and bathroom were very spacious. The mattress was super comfortable! The dinner and breakfast were delicious and diverse. - The resort is safe and guarded. It is quiet and great for people looking for quietness and chill. There is free parking. - The staff were polite and kind, very responsive online and accommodated quickly to our situation. They helped us book a great day tour guide at Hell's Gate. Overall, great experience!

The location was good, close to the road. I think the place has the potential to do so much more. I think for a quick run over a weekend to Naivasha, the place meets expectations. Price friendly for what you get.
