The location is great. Yaya Centre is connected by a walkway, so you can get to the supermarket, the pharmacy, and places to eat without even going outside. The staff were really nice and helped out during the whole stay. The apartment is huge too. I had a duplex unit with a full kitchen and a living area, so there was plenty of room to move around. It really feels like you're living in your own place instead of a hotel.

Unfortunately, this was my worst experience with this hotel, with which I've been a regular guest for about two years. I never expected such treatment. When I arrived, I informed them I would be arriving at 5:00 AM, and they replied that if possible, they would make the necessary arrangements. When I arrived, the room was available, but unfortunately, they asked me to pay the check-in fee in advance. It was a very small amount, no more than $50, and I had the money. I never expected that a hotel I've been a regular guest with for two years, and where I've spent considerable sums, would treat me this way. That $50 is more important to them than retaining a loyal customer is unacceptable. I will unfortunately not book with them again. Anyone who values ​​money more than their customers is doing a disservice to their business.
