Access to the pool terrace and gym. Security within the property was tight. Being a walking distance to the west-gate mall and proximity to the cbd. The chocolate bar where we had breakfast a few times has the best coffee you can find, the Slate restaurant, comfortable, classy and cozy with superb service. Everything you need under one roof.

Apartment was modern and clean. Owner was very helpful and kind, and all the staff was amazing.

The apartment is very spacious and well fitted a lot of thought has gone into the decor. Clean, great communication with owner and local host. My wife has said next time in Nairobi we stay again Reccomend it 100%

Extremely disappointing stay. When we arrived, the apartment was not even ready for us – there were towels on the floor, laundry running in the machine, etc. We never requested early check-in, but we were told we could enter immediately, only to find the place in this condition. The worst part: there was absolutely no hot water for the entire stay. The listing mentioned that hot water was available only during certain hours (4 hours a day), but even during those times there was none. We were told to do some “manual operations” on the water meter ourselves, which never worked. Instructions in the apartment said to call the reception if we couldn’t manage – we did, they came, they couldn’t fix anything and just said “tomorrow”. First they promised hot water in 5 minutes, then “tomorrow”, but nothing ever changed. I also contacted the owner directly. She only told us to “be patient”, while our children were exhausted after long travel. We ended up sleeping dirty, unable to shower, feeling very uncomfortable. This ruined our stay completely. For the price charged – almost European standards – the service was far below expectations. I have stayed many times in Nairobi before and never had such problems. Contradictions everywhere, no hot water at all, no real support. Avoid and stay away at all costs.

The apartment was very nice and well-equipped — nothing was missing. The location was perfect, especially being so close to a large and modern shopping center. The host was also very flexible and accommodating, extending my stay both at the beginning and the end.

The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. All amenities were available in the room and upon request. The location is excellent, and the infinity swimming pool was amazing. Nice view from the roof.

The property is well designed and spacious with nice homely feel about the furniture. There is the Sarit mall close-by with shops and cafeteria and any amenities that one would want. This mall is a comfortable walking distance from the flat. The host Sabine was very helpful with any matters I had. The apartment is has access to a pool and gym on the top floor that gives a very good view of Westlands. I will definitely be back.
