“Would definitely visit again!”
The rooms are spacious and the location is quite central with respect to Nairobi CBD. There’s nearby convenience stores and restaurants. The breakfast was great and restaurant a la carte menu has enough variety. Staff were also great and accommodating.

“Amazing stay”
The property was excellent overall. The breakfast was really good and very convenient, and the location was a major bonus for me as it was very close to the mosque. Overall, it was a really pleasant stay with a great experience throughout.

Stayed for a work trip. Staff were excellent - very very good customer service: went to the restaurant to buy water and the staff told me to order from reception so I wouldn't have to pay for it. Next day found extra bottles of water without having to ask. Would definitely stay again.

They were consistently professional and attentive, ensuring that all guests' needs were met with great care. One team member, in particular, stood out to me, the room service lady who cleaned my room over several days. She not only displayed attention to detail in her duties but was genuinely caring, especially when she noticed I was under the weather. Her thoughtful suggestions on local attractions added a personal touch to her service, enhancing my experience even more. The hotel's central location was perfect, allowing easy access to all the city's key attractions. The room size was reasonable given the pricing, and it featured all the essential amenities I would expect from a quality hotel. Additionally, I thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience at the restaurants located downstairs. They skillfully catered to my Nigerian palate with delicious and flavorful meals, enriching my overall stay.

“Excellent.”
Their communication was on point. I contacted them to inquire about a few things prior to our stay, and they responded almost instantly. Our flight got delayed by 7 hours, and they were active to respond to the updates we made. We found the rooms to be very comfortable and neat, for a reasonable amount of money I should say. The hotel's physical appearance was as it looked in the pictures we saw when booking. Their breakfast was also well prepared.
