“Disappointed”
Good location but disappointed given the high cost applied ( 2,450 baht to clean the room after leaving ( must be highest paid cleaners in the land ) note no cleaning, fresh towels etc during my stay and Services Charge of 1,350 baht for 5 days considered excessive given I have paid 400 baht for a month Utilities in other locations. Both bedroom bedside lights did not work and there appears to be a drainage problem as noise from water leaving other apartments passing below my shower was horrendous particularly at night ! Cockroach under fridge on arrival !! Would not book again !

I stayed here two years ago and I liked it so much that I knew I had to come back :) Cozy, spacious and clean apartment in a great location (10 minutes by car from the airport, the beach 10 minutes by foot). The apartment is on the 7th floor with elevator and balcony. Right in front of the house there is a swimming pool (large, clean, no people, free sunbeds, toilets), 5 minutes walk is a well-equipped fitness. The apartment is spacious and you will find everything you need for your stay. Communication with the hostess was great. She responds immediately, is helpful and advised me in everything, later check out was not a problem. Shops and all amenities are about 15 minutes walk away.

Everything was great. It was clean and looked new. We travel with a baby so it was very important for us. And cleaning service was very kind, regular and always on time without that sabai thing we faced a lot before in Thailand. Also there was a baby bed. Host was very kind and we could check out late at 7:30PM. That was the best accomodation we had in Thailand.
