# Pros: very convenient locatin (a few blocks from International Street) yet very quiet residential area; comfortable beds; LR -- spacious with nice furniture; clean bathroom with a washer; kitchen items for cooking; wi-fi: fast and reliable.

“Great location and comfortable stay”
Location is super close to the city center. Room is spacious and clean. We have comfortable stay and would love to stay longer. Washing machine and dryer are very helpful, new and clean to use.

“Spacious, well laid out apartment, with almost everything you could need for a short city stay.”
Great location, very close to great tourist shopping and local restaurants. Safe quiet area, would stay again. 4 adults was comfortable but would fit 6+. Easy 5 walk from the bus/monorail stops at prefectural office. Good washing machines on site with fast drying.

“For a family of 5, there was plenty of space for us in the 3 bedroom accommodation.”
The property was close to the monorail which was easy to get to and from the airport. Also close to shopping and places to eat. It was generally quiet in the building while we stayed, but the street noise was quite loud, but mainly due to construction occurring while we stayed there (may not be an issue in the future). Having a free communal clothes dryer was a bonus.

Self check-in instructions are easy to follow, the apartment was very roomy. Location is very convenient for nearby food and shopping and also to the rail station.

“Very happy with this hotel”
Although called a "hotel", the units are like an apartment with separate rooms and a living-cum-dining area plus kitchenette. Quite spacious and it suited our group very well. Place was clean, beds are comfy, nice hot shower with good pressure, medium fast wifi, plus washing/drying facilities. Very good location, near to Kokusai-dori, the monorail, shops and restaurants. The hotel is unmanned and has a self check-in system. Overall high recommended.

“good value for money”
location is perfect. the room was very clean and it had plenty of towels, toilet paper etc. Having a washer and dryer is a massive plus.

“Comfortable and convenient to the conference center, restaurants and combinis.”
We stayed here for a conference. It was a 5 minute walk to the conference center. A wide variety of restaurants and combini are located nearby. The house itself was comfortable and had good facilities suitable for a family, including washing and drying machines.

“Would book again”
Close to kokusaidori the main shopping street, but itself was on a quiet street. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with good amenities. Rooms doors have digital combination locks, which was really convenient for us as a larger group for leaving and entering freely.

“BED BUGS ALERT!”
Found and got bitten by a bed bug. It has been and still is wreaking havoc on my life, having to throw out a lot of things, doing tons of laundry, and freezing some high-end clothing and accessories. Still not done getting things sorted. Worst accommodation ever. Not to mention not receiving check-in guide even 3 hours after an expensive international phone call.

The place is very close to Kokusai Dori shopping street, mono-rail station #7, and the citizen square, where you can go almost everywhere, like shopping, eating, taking mono-rail to mall and airport, and taking tour bus to Churaumi Aquarium at the citizen square, 20 mins walk to supermarket, beach and ferry harbor. The room has everything a family need. We like this place and will stay here again next time.
