“Overall nice place but with a few issues”
The place is about 20 minutes train ride out from Nagoya station which if fine but it does add 30 minutes onto your day which after being out all day is a bit of a pain changing lines. Also it is a very busy line so plan to travel off peak with your travel luggage. Place is nice sized with a couple of bedrooms nice bath room and working washing machine but no cloths line. Need need to buy at the general store at Ikesihta station. The place is only 3 minutes walk from station and next to 7-11 and McDonalds. The biggest issue was that the apartment didn’t appear to have been serviced. Dirty towels over washing machine, rubbish in the kitchen, toilet paper roll empty and beds unmade.

“Great stay with close proximity to train station”
Location is very near to station, with elevator. Use exit 1 when arriving with luggage and exit 2 when leaving with luggage. Exit 2's elevator is located inside the mall. We always get our needs from the small convience shop at the station before heading back to stay. Mcdonald's is in close proximity too. Many good eateries nearby as well. Clean and quiet neighbourhood.

“Comfort in the heart of Nagoya”
Great location, 3 mins walk to nearest train station and many local restaurants and stores nearby. Short train ride to main areas of Nagoya and a direct line to Nagoya station. Property was clean and tidy with ample facilities for a family of 5. Very comfortable stay.
