Great location close to Nagoya station, easy access to sites and subway. We enjoyed having a laundry facility onsite, and the spa was nice.

Great Hotel directly above shopping mall and close to subway station. There's even an elevator in the mall which directly leeds to the hotels front desk :-). The japanese breakfast was excellent. Not a big choice but enough for my taste. I especially loved the eel.

The room was nice, but the bathroom was the highlight: absolutely spotless with no musty smell at all. A special mention goes to the showerhead—it was amazing, with great water pressure that made for a very relaxing shower. The breakfast was also fantastic (Good+), offering high-quality and delicious options. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Nagoya!"

Location is good n the staff were helpful . It only took us 8mins walk to Ngoya train station.

“Short Nagoya stay”

Very clean and tidy. The onsen was small but nice. Breakfast was mainly Japanese with scrambled egg, sausage and bacon for western tastes. I loved the Japanese cuisine. The entrance is small as reception is on F8 with hotel rooms on F10-16. Look for the entrance of the Nagoya Sanco Office building and the entrance to the hotel lift is just to the right. Don’t bother with the B1 entrance until you exit via it as it’s super hard to find. Staff were great. Good English and very helpful.

Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is well located. Walking distance from the main Nagoya train station, via the shopping mall UNIMALL. The hotel is clean and well maintained.

I booked a double room with shower cubicle but not bath for 3D2N. The room was clean and equipped with all the necessities, should proof was good too. There are free onsen baths on the 8/F for men and women. The hotel can be reached from the underground shopping area all the way from Nagoya station.
