I had a very pleasant stay here. The room was comfortable, well-equipped and offered great views, which made the experience even more enjoyable. “Terrible”
Nothing was good about this hotel and we left immediately as you were locked in the room with no means of exit unless you rang reception to let you out. This is dangerous and they would not cancel the booking and I have contacted booking.com but received no response or refund. There was also leaking air conditioners with buckets in the middle if the hallway to catch the water and the rooms were all smoking which was not detailed on the booking info.

It was ideal location for my needs and a good price. The bed was really comfortable and the temperature in room was ideal. It had a full length bath (Western Style).Which I enjoyed after being at a concert that night. Breakfast was bought to the door. There were several Convenience stores nearby and eateries.

Location was close to aquarium and Lego land which was why I wanted to stay in the Area. Should have stayed near the station and got a train. Didn't do research on the train line when I booked. Spacious room and facilities were comfortable. Great view. Was a quiet area. Change from the city which was good to be able to walk around and not feel like you were bumping into everyone. Food court down near the water. Room service options were good however both items I wanted were not available. Breakfast was good.

It is a love hotel. I went with my family and a 1 year old son. it was embarrassing. I expect Booking. Com to mention that somewhere in the description. Also it was extremely expensive during the golden week time which added salt to my wound.

“Adults only”
It's a place for adults, only. I do not recommend bringing children, although it says it is permitted. They keep you locked up in your room to prevent you to go out without checking out every morning. To get out, you must call the front desk and ask them to open the door for you. Then go to the 9th floor to pay for anything you've used in the room during the previous night and, finally, take a different elevator to go out of the building. The front desk is 24/7, but they are not very helpful if you need to leave your luggage, use the phone, or receive a delivery. You have to do everything on your own.

1) they didn't ask to photocopy my residents card and no bs during check in 2 ) check out was at 12 3) the hotel was close to the station and bus stop 4) spacious room 5) English channels 6) drinking water in the room 7) face pack and eye pack 8) room had its own "vending fridge" supplied with beer 9) breakfast served in the room 10) the food was not expensive at all
