I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others. First, the food was excellent. The breakfast spread offered a wide variety of options, catering to different tastes, and everything was fresh and delicious. The location of the hotel was very convenient. It was situated close to public transportation and shopping areas, making it easy to get around and explore without any hassle. Cleanliness was another highlight of my stay. The room was spotless upon arrival, and housekeeping maintained a high standard throughout my visit. The common areas were also well-kept and hygienic.

I stayed here for the fantastic price. It's perfectly clean and modern, has small but functional rooms, and the public bath (though also small) is a nice touch. All the basic extras such as toothbrushes, and coffee and tea, are provided at reception. I aslo liked that, though they only provide one pillow, you can pick up another from a rack in the corridor.

“Comfortable”

Loved the size, definitely bigger than the usual Japan small room size. Bed was little small for two people, but manageable.

I liked the location. I was also very happy that they allowed us to switch from a smoking room, which I booked by mistake, to a non smoking room, even thought initially they refused the request until I offered to pay for a new room, after which the manager for some reason allowed us to switch for free. All in all, we got our happy ending.

They have kept all accessories such as kimono and tea bags at common area so that those who need Can easily access

Close to train stations and convenience stores, shops and restaurants. Perfect location to stay in Nagoya.

This hotel was lovely. The staff are helpful with any questions and even have a little device they talk into to translate into English! I was given a new code for the women's baths each day. On each floor there's shelving next to the elevator that has robes and extra pillows out for guests which is a nice touch. The baths were truly relaxing and even has instructions on the wall to tell you what to do. There's coin laundry, an ice machine, and drink vending machines just outside of the baths. The complimentary amenities are located on the lobby floor. The location is great, situated in the city so it's easily walkable to anywhere. We were offered the option of one or two keys and we opted for two in case we wanted to explore separately. The staff were also extremely helpful when we forwarded out luggage to the next hotel! I hope to stay at Green Rich Hotels in my future visits.

The hotel is located near the city center, within walking distance or by metro. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was spotlessly clean. The room was cleaned daily and was very thorough, but it was necessary to hang a special sign on the door every day. Breakfast was excellent. The food was delicious, and the menu was extensive.
