“Worth for short stay and hope they will be able to keep the condition well. Nice hotel!”
The hotel is new and the bed is so comfortable. The sound-proof is very good and the toilet is sparkling clean. The facilities are very good with weigh measuring for luggage’s. The onsen cleanliness is also performed better than other hotels I stayed. Good location for shopping too.

“Decent stay”

Rooms are very clean and big comparing to the ones we had in Tokyo. Prices are even sweeter. We also loved the Mega Donkihote right next door which is the most organized Donki we ever been to. Staff are superhelpful too, storing our luggages before the check-in and after the checkout.

I wish I had stayed a little longer in Nagoya and at this hotel. It was so cute, I was staying on the top floor which is female only and the pink theme was very strong throughout. Average Japanese hotel room size however the bathroom was bigger than normal as a plus size girl I really appreciated the bigger bath! They had hair dryer as well as a curling iron in the room too which was a lovely touch. I didn't visit the onsen in the end but I popped my head in and it looked lovely. Fantastic customer service, smooth check in, bought me up an extra pillow no problem and helped me get my suitcase shipped to my next hotel in Tokyo. I did some laundry while I was there and they had a great system where the TV showed you what was in use and if yours was currently running how many minutes it had left! It also took IC card payments rather than cash.

“comfy bed, good location, very tasty breakfast!”
- the hotel is new and clean - comfy bed - good public bath in the hotel that manage with care of women's privacy - very good breakfast, tasty, variety, love the scramble egg considered as one of the best. Thank you for the woman staff at the egg station. - nice amenities with ice cream - comfortable night ware - the location is good, near bus stop, subway and easy to walk to Nagoya Station but located on quiet area and Mega Donki is next to the hotel
