The most perfect location. A boutique hotel, well appointed. Cool staff, energy & public areas. Room had spectacular views over the lake, a small but blissful balcony to take morning coffee & enjoy rhe views.

We would like to thank the hotel staff for their sincere communication, helpfulness, and genuine care throughout our stay. At first, we were given a room with a double bed, but it turned out to be two single beds pushed together. When we asked the staff if it would be possible to change the room, we were told that most rooms are arranged this way. However, after a couple of hours, they kindly moved us to a triple room with a proper standard double bed and even a balcony, which we truly appreciated. The cleanliness of the rooms and the overall coziness of the hotel were impeccable. We are very satisfied with our choice and would happily stay here again.

Beautiful view and wonderful breakfast!

Very nice staff, good location of the hotel (3-5 min walk to Torbole). There is also a barrel sauna surrounded by olive trees with a view over the lake (for a fee). We especially liked the breakfast room with the lake view and the breakfast (there were even vegan milk alternatives for the coffee.) There was also a garage for bicycles.

This hotel ticks all the boxes. The hosts Albina and Paolo couldn't have been more friendly and accomadating. The hotel is perfectly situated within a short walking distance of Torbole village. They also have a small beach right outside the front door ideal for Watersports enthusiasts.

The location is incredible! We had the most beautiful views from the room of the lake and mountains, and the property is just a short walk to the ferry terminal and into town. Breakfast was delicious with good coffee, and the hotel restaurant had great food too. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

We were very satisfied with our stay at the hotel. The location is right by the beach, it was a great place to start many of our hiking trips. We had breakfast and dinner included - breakfast - buffet, dinner - a selection from the menu. Fresh local food. Accommodation adequate, clean, good quality comfortable mattresses.
