It was a great stay over. Very Professionnal staff from Reception to Housekeeping thru BK team.Spacious room with a bath. [ cherry on the top for us] Very professional gym facility. Tiny Spa but it does perfectly the job. Few minutes away from the lake and plenty of spaces for parking [June].

Absolutely loved our stay! It was well worth the money, and the location was excellent. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance, making it very convenient. We also rented a Vespa near the hotel, which allowed us to explore the area and travel almost everywhere with ease. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options to enjoy each morning. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and are already considering returning next year.

Came to Lake Garda for my birthday trip in May 2026. The property exceeded expectations. Arrived with time to spare and we asked them if we could upgrade our room from a standard to a bigger and better room for extra. They even let us see each other room before we chose. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. With a wide range and variety of cold and hot food. Tried their desert once in their restaurant for diner and it was amazing. The location was very good; with plenty of restaurants around and very close to the port and bus stops. Each room had a Balcony with a great view. Hotel even gave me a bottle of wine for my birthday 😍 It was an excellent wine too. On the plus side if you are an animal lover. It was a dog friendly hotel 🐕 😻

Location was excellent, staff very welcoming and helpful, modern room with great shower and plenty of open shelving for holiday stuff,fantastic views looking to Lake Garda and private balcony across the hall with mountain views.

The property was amazing and the staff were really courteous and helpful. We were there to celebrate my fiance’s birthday and they made it very special. They gave us a room upgrade and free private spa session. It was really lovely there and everything was very clean and hygienic. The location was also quite central. You can walk 15-20 mins to Riva or take a bus and you’ll be in Riva in 5mins. I loved absolutely everything about this property and will definitely come back.
