The only positive thing about it is the location for the price. Close to the train station and a supermarket. Also the staff was really nice and they are not the problem.

Really awesome place to stay here , very near to alot of amenities nearby, grocery, conbini and parks as well. I really appreciate the staff here as they were really friendly, responsive and always helpful. I would really return here again one day. The place interns of its bed and facilities are very well taken care and its clean.

“Good spot, good stay, good and big beds, big dorms so make sure you have earplugs”

Very cramped 4-person rooms. Top bunks run very hot with heating in the room. No space to move around unless there's only one person in the room

The location is excellent, and the room is very spacious. There’s plenty of space for everyone to open their luggage and put it beside or under the bunk beds. The beds are comfortable as well. Good value for money, would love to back stay next time when I visit Nagano.
