“Fabulous for foodies and those who enjoy stunning scenery”
The food was absolutely phenomenal - tasting menu with wine was truly wonderful. I can’t praise the food or the delightful owners who work there enough. They couldn’t do enough for us. It is a renovated Japanese farmhouse, done beautifully and sympathetically. Great location on the mountains with stunning walks ( we were here in summer) A real highlight of our trip to Japan and a nice change from the cities.

Yuki (manager) and Yuki (chef) took excellent care of us. The expertly curated drinks paired with delicious food cooked with the freshest local ingredients made us look forward to every breakfast and dinner.

“A heartwarming place to stay.”
I simply adored everything: the building is very beautiful, sophisticated and cozy. The renovation of the building, using so much wood, if just incredible. The room was very comfortable, with a comfortable bed, nice table for the computer and also nice sofa to read. The restaurant had very soft and nice music and the meals were simply delicious: they were always different, using local and sometimes wild products, like flowers. The staff was very helpful and sweet.
