I got a whole apartment to myself for the night and it was spacious clean and comfortable. I’ve paid a more for a lot less in Japan therefore I was really happy with this. And the location is just off the kamino which was amazing

Perfect location, only 15 min by walk to the sea (bay) and to a nice onsen, and 15 min by car to Kumano nach temple. Lots of space and good sunny terrace.
