Beautiful building with historical architecture and interior design. Comfortable beds, clean room with a kettle and tea bags, friendly staff with nice breakfast.

The staff were very accommodating and very helpful despite the language barrier! The food in the restaurant/bar was great and fantastic value.

Nice building and warm for 6 out of 8 nights heating stopped working for 2 days. Although the staff did not speak English google translate saved the day Our son in law is polish so he was a great help too. Nothing near by apart from train station and small/large shops A car is a must to explore the area and countryside

Very central, next to rail station, with direct link to Katowice airport, and town centre. Very clean and comfortable room and friendly staff. Will definitely be using again.

Amazing service, the staff went out of their way to help us, they even served us an evening meal after hours as we were delayed travelling from Krakow airport.

Very nice experience. Girls were excited with interior of the building where hotel is located. It's very good place to spend a night or two when doing sightseeing around the trail of Orlich Gniazd.

Unexpectidly we got not the room we have booked and it was a bit a surprise- one royal, king like room and other M.Monro room. Interesting, well done interior, which we will remember with a big smile.

Nice people. Great playground for small children. Good breakfast. Large room. The stag at the breakfast was very nice.

The place is nice and was in a good location for what we needed. Booked as an adventure in a way - staying in a palace/manor idea sounded novel and the price was friendly enough to do that here. The staff was friendly and helpful, spoke enough English to understand everything.

It was wonderful. The breakfast - absolutely great. We felt like real guests of the palace.

The hospitality was exceptional, all the requests were fulfilled with kindness and smile. The restaurant service late at evening was very pleasant but most of all our kids enjoyed the play room which was amazing - kids couldn't leave it. Definitely we will come back in case we will be nearby.

Breakfast was freshly prepared with good selection of the products. Very stylish decoration and helping staff. Central location. Offer of the restaurant also good, with very tasty beefsteak tartare
