"THEY" CANCELLED MY ROOM 6 HOURS BEFOER WE ARRIVED, AFTER A 623 MILE MOTORCYCLE RIDE TO THE MOTEL, WE FOUND OUT ABOUT THE CANCELATION WHEN WE ARRIVED AROUND 7PM, THAT EVENING.THEY TRIED TO SAY MY CARD DIDNT WORK WHEN THEY TRIED TO RUN IT THRU AROUND NOON, PRIOR TO OUR ARRIVAL. IT WORKED FINE AT THE BEST WESTERN, NEXT DOOR, AFTER 2 HOURS OF SEARCHING FOR ANOTHER ROOM. THE DESK PERSON WAS MATTER OF FACT AND COULDN'T CARE LESS. NEVER AGAIN.
