We had flooding the second day during our stay. We had to call maintence multiple times during our stay. Because wr had flooding in our room. Multiple items of ours got ruined because of the water that got in our room. One time that we called maintence they didn't even come and the front desk said that the manager was going to come and they never showed up. And they also said they could even find the maintence people??? Like what!!! We were very upset with this situation. With how much we paid for our room we should get half our money back or a full refund. We even were told from one of the maintence people that the company doesn't take care of the property. To say the lease we were unhappy with our stay

We got the key code at front desk. Then we couldn’t get in the room so we asked a young lady that was cleaning another room to help us. We were given the wrong code.

The oceanfront balcony was pretty private and enjoyable to sit and listen to the waves. The room was clean and had plenty of towels and necessities. There is some wear and tear like on bottom of bathroom door but it's totally understandable since properties at the beach take a beating from both guests and the climate. The beds slept well. Direct access to the beach with some umbrellas and chairs available as well as multiple pools both indoor and outdoor as well as a hot tub indoors. Parking is tight but once again very understandable considering how tight real estate space is among hotels in a major tourist area. We thought it was a great value for the money - especially for last minute booking during 4th of July week. It was a great weekend getaway for just my wife and I. Although kids and even small pets are certainly welcome!
