“Nice property and staff, room was pretty lame.”
Nice property overall, friendly staff, everything was clean. Vending machine on 7th floor didn't work. Not surprised, few in hotels do these days but still disappointed. Don't have them if they aren't going to work.

“Can’t wait to stay again!”
Went to visit son in college- the place was great! On the ocean, pools and hammock were great. Loves the pool area with bar, wait staff and being able to relax while there.

Breakfast was good but over priced. The hotel was not clean. It is time to re-do things. Too many paint chips everywhere. The commode makes a terrible sound after flushing that lasts about a half hour. The carpet in the room was dirty. We were told that I had to schedule a time to have housekeeping clean our room which is just stupid. When I scheduled a time for 5:15 house keeping knocked on our door 3 time prior to 5:15. They barely spoke English and kept just coming back while we were trying to get ready for the evening. The night manager, Debra was rude and very unaccommodating.

“Jewel of Myrtle Beach”
I liked our view from the room. .I like the location as well and was happy that there is a restaurant that you can walk to.
