“Great place great value for money”
The location was exceptional. Best place to see the sunrise from the balcony. Make sure to book an oceanfront room. The hotel has great bar/restaurant and complimentary continental breakfast. Staff were kind and helpful.

They say early bird gets the worm.. so breakfast can be a bit packed but it’s very well organized. Staff was on sight cleaning and helping around. Front desk was very welcoming. Having a large pet made it difficult for us but this one is amazing. Our fur babies were able to join us at the pool area. They loved the ocean breeze, plus easy access to the beach. It was one of our best stay for sure. Glad they were able to check us in quick no hassle. Rooms were very clean. Each kids got to enjoy their stayed with the bunk beds.

There was unauthorized activity on my bank card after we left. The hotel personnel never asked for my consent regarding this service and its price, nor did they send me an invoice or receipt. Be aware and check your account! The pools on one tower were not working. So working pools were overcrowded.

Arrived 11pm. Checked-in with my 2 daughters. Room 540. we entered the room and one cockroach like my thumb came out from under the bed. My daughter said - I will sleep in the car. Went to front-desk. Wanted to leave. They took it as if they knew and tried to tell me that today the palm were cut so maybe one roach flew inside the room.I said I would liketo leave - they said OK we will refund you. So I went back and found 2 daugthers scared and two roaches. We took the suitcases and left the room. Frontdaes said no no we will not refund you booking com will...I said your words were ''we will rfund you' so frontdesk - a woman btw laughed me in the face so I left...Made official claim and was refunded in about 2 weeks time THEY KNOW THEY HAVE ROACHES how do they score 8 I do not know went to Marriott instread...and had a great time at Myrtle....only that women who is laughing customers in the face is a nightmare...STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THAT HOTEL TILL THEY FUMIGATE, CHANGE FRONTDESK and install some fresh carpets as it smells very bad over there. Still I am happy with the refund. Thanks.

“Hands down, the BEST hotel of our whole trip!!!”
What didn't we like?!?! This hotel was beyond AMAZING!!! The breakfast was very tasty, fresh, and with multiple hot and cold selections! But, BEST OF ALL... When we booked our room "2 queens w/Partial Ocean view", they had accidentally overbooked our room. So, when we arrived at the hotel, they upgraded us to a 12th fl 2 bed, 2 bath suite!!! We loved it SO MUCH, we stayed a 2nd night!!! 😂
