Overview
Located on sandy Myrtle Beach, this resort is 10 minutes' walk from the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. An indoor and outdoor pools, on-site dining, and direct beach access. Broadway at the Beach is 2.5 km away. A private balcony, a flat-screen TV, and free WiFi are featured in all Myrtle Beach Dayton House Resort rooms. A fully equipped kitchen with stovetop and oven is included. Select rooms offer ocean views. Guests can relax in the outdoor lazy river or burn a few calories in the fitness centre. A sauna is also open to guests. The lounge chairs with large beach umbrellas overlook the Atlantic Ocean. The Rose Room, located on site, serves our complimentary buffet breakfast. Very close to the beach and the outdoor pools and facilities were nice. Lovely to have a small bar area for drinks and snacks. Could be nice to have live music or something.

The bed was very comfortable, but I didn't like the shower pressure—it was very weak. Very little water came out of both the shower and the sink. That is a downside.

Pools were dirty, and there was construction on the pier nearby. Rooms were cleaned rarely, only towels replaced. Location is good, but breakfasts were poor.

“The property is dated but the employees and their exceptional service more than make up for it.”
Staff unbelievably friendly including restaurant personnel. The property is satisfactory( though somewhat dated) but the staff more than made up for. I have traveled to over 20 countries and most of the United States staying mostly in 4 and 5 star hotels but have never received the friendly and professional treatment as I experienced with my stay at your property.
