The apartment has good Wi-Fi internet. The windows and balcony overlook the park, so you can’t hear the noise from the big road, but only peace and tranquility. The bathroom has a comfortable bath and a gas water heater, so there is always hot water. All necessary infrastructure is within walking distance. There is convenient parking in the yard right in front of the house.

Very comfortable location, beautiful rest room, cozy. There is everything you need to stay. Washing machine, boiler, kettle, refrigerator! Comfortable bed, bedding and towels. You can negotiate with the owner about the arrival and departure time - and this is great! We will definitely book these apartments when we are in Nikolaev!

The location was great, in the Down Town. Also on main street, easy to catch taxis and buses to other parts of the city. Great value, for the price. Wi-Fi actually works. Owners were helpful. I found this apartment easily, and women was awaiting me when I arrived. So service was excellent. The apartment is very good. I like it!

Location of the apartment in the city center near the main street. The apartment had a kitchen, a bedroom with a nice large bed, a separate living room, a balcony, an entrance hall and a bathroom. Kitchen appliances air conditioning, washing machine and very good WIFI worked great. The apartment is well equipped, clean, spacious and comfortable. The living room has a comfortable sofa and fireplace. This creates a special holiday atmosphere. This house is central to Nikolaev.A good coffee shop "Felizhanka" is across the road, a bakery and sweets are near the house, a supermarket "Sotka" 24/7 is very close! Friendly neighbors and the hostess is very friendly. Safe area. Cathedral Square is a 2-3 minute walk, past many bars / restaurants. Restaurant "Vareniki" right next to the apartment. McDonald's is 2 minutes away, which is convenient when you are too lazy to even make coffee. The walk to the river takes about 10 minutes. We love it a lot!
