A really lovely stay. The apartment was beautifully furnished and incredibly well-stocked — from kitchen equipment to toiletries, everything you could need was already there. Made it feel very comfortable and home-like from the start. The neighbourhood was peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to drive to the main attractions without any hassle. The host was proactive and communicative throughout — clear instructions, quick responses, and great recommendations.

We had an excellent stay in this apartment, which was very clean and perfectly equipped. The owner was extremely available and showed remarkable professionalism. Upon our arrival, he sent us a list of restaurant and grocery store addresses, along with very useful maps. The view from the living room and the bedroom is magnificent, with the added bonus of waking up to the sound of birds singing. The heated swimming pool is very enjoyable, and the private beach is only a 10 minute walk away. It’s an ideal place to relax, recharge, and reconnect. I highly recommend this apartment and this location. We are already planning to return!

The apartment is amazing (it is equipped with literally everything you may by any chance need ;)) Everything was prepared in details and in a very stylish way. Great contact with the host. Very comfy beds. We also enjoyed jacuzzi:) The pool is great, clean and just 2 minutes walk from the flat. The beach is a bit further but definitely worth of visiting.

This property was everything we were looking for. The host has given a lot of thought to what his guests need and everything was catered for. It felt like home. The location is perfect…a great base that allows you to explore the surrounding areas or if you just want to relax it offers a beautiful beach and stunning pool area. We will definitely return.

Location is superb, just down from Muscat Bay Jumeriah. It is nestled in a quiet peaceful area however we went during Ramadan so it was exceptionally quiet. I have to comment on particularly the tour guide Ahmed who was with us for 5 days. He was very professional and knowledgeable and accommodating - would highly recommend others to use him.

It is really a great area that is outside of the main city with beautiful nature views and a beach very close to the accommodation. The apartment is also very neat and modern, with all the required facilities for a great stay.

Everything was amazing my family loved the holeplace It's so quiet and relaxing, the jacuzzi was amazing The swimming pool was wonderful and the beach is stunning and lovely, the view from the coffee shop above the mountain was incredible.

Everything was just very welcoming. Place was quite, very relaxing, with pool, beach...Its a bit out of city but we were with the car. We were more than satisfied with everything. For collection the key, it is important to confirm the arrival to the owner, so he can send all details.

We are very lucky to find this super nice aprtment as by booking this aprtment i got the contact of our super guide Ahmed. We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment which is fully equipped, lovely, quiet, nice decorations.we enjoyed the pool, the children playground and the private beach. The most nicest thing is our 10 days tour with Mr. Ahmed, we went to all the nice places in the north west of Oman (Muscat, Nizwa-we experienced the fantastic animal market, the amazing mountains (jabel alakhdar, jabel shams, the wadis, dessert, turtule watching ... Many nice things) we travel as a local with Ahmed who is gentil, kindhearted, warm, helpful, funny, trustful (and many other qualities). He made us Oman trip more than perfect. We appreciate everything he did for us and we wish to come back again.
