Overall it's the best property very near to lulu hypermarket that's inside mall of muscat And near to laban , nesto hypermarket, petrol bunk, mcd, crispy golden chicken and to many other site seeing place. Ambience is awsum n owners are great staff is good and service delivery staff are excellent in keeping the enite apartment clear n tidy. Awsum stay

“Not suitable for families”
Reception almist never picks up their phone when u need them, had smelly toilet and no facility to do laundry! It's a Hotel apartment and you cannot wash clothes plus the electric cooker was not placed even though we booked 2 rooms!

“A great value for money”
I had a pleasant stay at Al Dhiyafa Palace Hotel Apartments. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. The location was excellent—conveniently close to Muscat Mall and Nesto, perfect for shopping. There are also many restaurants and cafés nearby, along with essential services like a ladies’ salon, a barbershop, and a laundry. Considering the price, it was great value for money. I also appreciated the free late check-out, which made my stay even more comfortable. The hotel met my expectations, and I would recommend it to travelers looking for a budget-friendly stay with great service and a prime location.
