“A little gem in the Auvergne”

We thought were going to a 3 star hotel. With the facilties provided somebody needs to upgrade this place to 4 stars at once. It's not until you go inside that you realise the extent of the work undertaken ,a really 1st class upgrade to an older building bringing right up to date. Charming hostess greeted us in the evening ,and the host in the morning was as good. We shall return!

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Quality room - good size, comfortable, nice bathroom, tea kettle (but no mini-fridge). Location was great, in the center of town with easy access to restaurants, the lake, and other tourist attractions. Easy parking next to the hotel. We look forward to returning!

Simple but excellent little hotel in a beautiful small town, view of the old castle, friendly staff, free parking.

Very friendly host, who provide many advise about the surrounding. We felt like @ home. Unsuspected place worth the visit.

Confortable room with castle view. Friendly staff, good for advices about visiting the area. Great home made breakfast for 12€. Easy parking and restaurants and bar accessible by feet. Easy access with a trolley. Nice situation near ski area and mountain ride.

We had a clean spacious room. The breakfasts were very good and the owners were extremely nice and very helpful. it was a good location for a walking holiday.

perfect for 4 persons (parents + kids). clean, comfy, well located. no dedicated parking area but some places next to the entrance. Have a room with restricted access to keep luggage’s if needed after check out. very good breakfast (sweet & savory).

Very nice local hotel in the center of Murol. We had a beautiful room with view on the castle. breakfast was very complete and tasty with home made and locals products.
