Checkin was by Roberto, a lovely gentleman, rather than by a key box, so much nicer. Very nice flat, well set up and complete, for example with plenty of kitchen stuff. Location is perfect, minutes from two different vaporetto stops, quiet, but with a great restaurant "Ai Bisatei" round the corner. Roberto had done a tentative reservation for us because he new we might need it. On Christmas day our whole family had a nasty cold, the local pharmacy on Murano was closed, and we did not know where to get medicine. Roberto came over from central Venice to get us medicine - on Christmas day - thank you so much!

We were a bit disappointed with the house and location because the website does not convey everything clearly and possibly we had not read everything properly. We will add photos. The owner Bernardo is a very friendly man who goes out of his way to be helpful. The furnishings were very complete and everything was present. Very old-fashioned as can be seen in the photos. The environment, street was entirely concrete and little green planting, just like all of Murano. The weather was fine and the transport also worked excellently. Great experience to have been to Venice once, where 4 days once is really enough.

Exceptionally clean, beautiful home with recent new kitchen. Has everything you need for a short or long stay. The location is amazing, we loved staying here, the perfect base, a wonderful island to explore with no one else around. We have found playgrounds so close and the children were very happy here.

Roberto the owner was a nice man, the apartment was great with a big balcony, it was a short walk to the shops and the Vaperetto. It was a spacious apartment and was a real home from home.

We met Roberto at the Vaporetto stop. He showed us the way and once in the apartment, explained all the nessecary things. We felt warmly welcome. The Appartement was cosy and we felt like old venetians staying in this exquisit home.
