Rooms and in general the hotel were very clean. The staff was very polite. Restaurant and food were excellent. Water in the pool was warm and enjoyable. Breakfast was great variety and fresh. Dinner was amazing. We didn't try the lunch menu.

“Beautiful hotel with great facilities, friendly staff and a good value for money.”
The suite was spacious, clean and very well equipped. The kitchen was practical and a great addition to the suite. The pool and sauna area was very nice and relaxing. Also children friendly by the pool. Parking was easy and stress free. The town where the hotel was located was also very beautiful.

“Great location for a large, comfortable hotel”
Large, nice hotel with vast parking lot on the front, and strategic position in Munster. Great place to visit the town as well as to go hiking on the nearby mountains. We haven´t used the SPA, but the hotel restaurant offers a good selection, and overall the service is great. Nice and friendly staff.

“Staff indifference ruined our stay”
Poor treatment on arrival…total indifference displayed by receptionist when informing us that restaurant fully booked. I received many spurious messages from the hotel before we arrived but none mentioned an early booking was required to secure a dinner reservation. As a minimum she should have volunteered to suggest and book a local restaurant…but with A Gallic shrug we were dismissed. On departing the next day a different receptionist could not be bothered to ask us how we had enjoyed our stay. Whilst the facilities were good this indifferent attitude to paying guests ruined our stay.

“Wonderful stay”
Clean spacious rooms nestled in a park where you can go for walks, lots of parking and with charging stations, within walking distance from the center, possibility for late departure (depending on availability) which was an added bonus as it gave us some extra time to visit the city
