Parking situation not great. You have two options - park a 10 min walk awah with your luggage or pay an extra €25 per night to park nearer

What a lovely place laid back and the apartment had a lovely view of the harbour The apartment was spotlessly clean easy to check,and a train journey into central Bilbao All the restaurants are really friendly and the locals, quite and comfortable beds

“Charming, super clean and very atmospheric”
It was one of the best stays we ever had, and it had the best shower! The hotel is brand new, and they keep it immaculate. There is a lovely restaurant attached to it, and it is very atmospheric. Seriously such a lovely gem. Must visit!

Thee most incredible spot. Having that restaurant right below was so fantastic, and the views of the port! The place is brand spanking new and they take such good care of it. Everyone was very kind. Would love to come back someday.

“Arrived only to see closed door”
When we arrived at 21.00 to the hotel the door was closed. We were not given any guidance for digital lock or self check-in. The man on the phone spoke Spanish or Basque (no English) and told me Good Bye. Very frustrating experience to stay in the dark in unknown small town and not to know what to do. I stayed in many places where people didn't speak English but with help of google translate and WhatsApp we always managed to solve problems. No apologies were offered.
