There was nothing to like about the hotel as booking .com has show pictures on the website and different from the place never been to a dirty hotel like tat ..would ask booking .com for a full refund as booking .com had to check the hotel and then put the pict s

Honestly it deserve a 0. It was ABSOLUTELY disgusting. Hairs everywhere, trust me you don’t want to see the bathroom. TV not working. Fan absolutely gross. They make us change the room, no sheet on the bed, only one single duvet for 2 pax, no TV anymore … and still really expensive for such a place like that I don’t have pictures left as I didn’t want to keep any memories of this place

Host Fhkrul was extremely helpful: The sheets on the bed were a bit torn, so he changed them for me. For three nights, he gave me four large towels. When I returned from my day of sightseeing, he gave me a large bottle of water, and in the morning, a cup of milk and two omelets. He accompanied me to an ATM where there were no commissions, and then directed me to a grand hotel with a buffet for dinner. I recommend everyone to stay at the Plaza Hotel. Fhkrul will make your stay pleasant.

We loved the space, it was just what you need for a stay in india. Most of the day you're out exploring, then come home to a lovely, clean, cool hotel room. The bathroom was lovely and the water was always high pressure and warm! We loved the whole experience, and felt so looked after by our hosts. Thank you! Shiny new appartment. Very professional payment options. Walter filter unit Very safe house and neighboorhood Near Kar west railway station but well isolated Superfast WiFi I enjoyed bird watching. And train watching. Enjoyed the many gadgets in the Apartment Clean, Cosy, comfortable apartments. Fairly new . Good facilities, Air conditioners, tv's , modern fittings. Good lighting.

Everything in great condition, great lighting, perfect for a brief stay. Easy to get in, host was very responsive. Would stay again! The apartment is modern and very well maintained. The hosts Piyush and family are very friendly and very flexible. We made a lot of last minute extensions and they were super flexible and reasonable. Great location if Byculla are the areas of Mumbai you are interested in.
