The location is good for those who are interested in beach holiday, not in Albania or its culture. It is a restricted access compound, with a small market and a restaurant.

The apartment is totally new in a perfect place to relax. Calm and has everything needed. It has vacuum cleaner, dish washer, market behind the corner, the best and cheapest restaurant is right next door. You have everything to cook and to have your best holiday. We would like to come back with husband and daughter again. The place where the apartment is is supposed to be built as closed private territory for summer houses and apartments close to the sea. It is clean, modern and you feel totally safe. You can let the child 6 yo alone in the street with friends and it is perfect for him to find new friends and learn new language. Best place for families with children. Sea is 2 mins walk. And the beach Himallaja is very clean and good. Umbrella is 10 eur the apartment has no sea view, bur it is quite and you can relax and sleep without hearing parties, or when the sea is stormy you can sit in green and relax in fresh calm air.

The apartment was excellent. Had everything needed. A connad shop is 30 sec by walking. The residence was great also for childrens..
