Breakfast was adequate. Would be better if the eggs were cooked fresh and some bacon would be a good idea to replace the awful sausages.For a so called five star hotel the bathroom was poorly tiled and needs updating. All staff were very polite and helpful.

The WiFi didn’t work and when I. asked at reception all they did was give me the passwords Then they told us only one device is allowed when I told them that I was the only one trying to use it so they told us that they would try to fix it but they never got back to us and none of the staff speak any English I was lucky as my wife speaks Thai but it would be very difficult with out some knowledge of thai

The front door and desk welcome were great, made us felt acknowledged, and a valued guest. The guys assisted with my bags were friendly and helpful too, nearly everything was perfect. The load was good too with the bus depot there and plenty of choice od convenience shops and street food shops. The desk staff were great to assist with arranging a shuttle to the airport. Got picked up at 6am and that's all folks. So easy.

Very comfortable hotel with an international style. Lovely rooms, very clean. Nice restaurant in the hotel for breakfast and other meals. Nice foyer with soft jazz music...nice place for a drink before going out.

Muq hotel is a quality hotel which stands out in comparison with other hotels in Isaan offering excellent facilities and quality of service. The rooms are first class.

Excellent value for money. Convenient location and very clean. While ordinarily I wouldn't stay close to a bus station Mukdahan bus station was a very pleasant exception. The location of The Muq is great if you have an early or late bus.

My standard room was very spacious. Bed linen and towels were beautifully fresh. The bed was so comfy i overslept! Front office staff and concierge were polite and helpful. Excellent value for money. I will most definitely stay again.

Good sized room with stocked bar fridge and Coffee making facilities. Excellent air conditioner. Comfortable bed and clean linen.
