“Super comfy villas in the middle of orange groves with unforgettable breakfasts”

Absolutely charming villas right in the heart of a lovely village by Lake Köyceğiz. They have everything needed for comfortable living. Brand-new appliances, everything for washing and ironing, cooking, a dishwasher, and a large, convenient fridge. Each room has a modern air conditioner, so the villa stays comfortable in any weather—even if you visit off-season when it's cool. Inside the villas, it's incredibly spacious, with a huge living area and a roomy bathroom. What's especially important is the top-notch cleaning; it feels like you're staying in a spotlessly clean place. Each villa has its own terrace with a table and grill area. The grounds are beautifully landscaped featuring a heated pool with impeccably clean water — the hosts check and maintain its quality daily — and an orange grove, whose fruits the hosts use to welcome guests. One of the hosts, Peter, greeted us and was always there to help — a very pleasant and caring man who stayed in touch, offered advice about the area, provided everything we asked for, and delighted us every day with his friendliness and hospitality. The stay includes an absolutely fantastic breakfast prepared by the villa staff. It's so delicious and abundant that during our time there, we never ate lunch anywhere else—the breakfast was enough for two meals, both breakfast and lunch. It was here that we first tried and fell in love with menemen—a Turkish dish made with eggs and vegetables, a wonderful alternative to the usual scrambled eggs. Special mention goes to the excellent, convenient covered parking for guests — super practical and comfortable. One of the best places we've stayed in Turkey; it combines the perks of renting your own home with the care and comfort of a good-class hotel. We'll definitely return if we're in the region again.

The villa was absolutely amazing! The owners were extremely friendly and welcoming, we really had a great experience and definitely would recommend it. The surroundings are beautiful, lots of places to buy organic honey and oranges. It is only a 5-10 minute drive to Köyceğiz centre, which has really nice restaurants and cafes. We would especially like to thank Ms. Selda, she was so helpful and kind. Also I have to mention the breakfast; easily the best breakfast I have had at a hotel in a long time.

We recently stayed at this villa, and it was an amazing experience. Located in the middle of beautiful orange groves, the setting was both peaceful and scenic, offering a quiet escape that felt very connected to the local area. The villa was spotless, and the staff was incredibly polite and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was great with freshly made bread and orange juice straight from the tree in the garden Special thanks to the owner and the service team for their exceptional hospitality. Their efforts made our stay not just enjoyable but memorable. The combination of the lovely location, excellent service, and pristine accommodation made this a standout experience. “A great holiday that we'd recommend to those seeking a genuine experience of Southwest Türkiye”

A superb, modern-build villa in the rural Turkish village of Hamitköy. The hosts and staff are very friendly and tailored our needs with the minimum of fuss. The apartment is clean, and has all you require for a self-catering break. The breakfasts are amazing - very generous and amazing choice served by the staff. No waiting in queues! The lakeside town of Köyceğiz is around 5km away, and has plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes without feeling overly tourist driven. Boat trips are available, and the markets on Sunday and Monday are a great experience - lots of cheap, fresh local produce. If you like nature, the area is a superb base to see birds, flowers and stunning landscapes. Try and take in a day trip to Dalyan - and the nearby ruined city of Kaunos (way more interesting than Stonehenge, just a few Euros entry and less than 20 other people when we were there).

It was an amazing stay. The apartments are very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The apartments including the outdoor area are very well maintained. Since the weather was cold, before we came, the heating system in the apartment had already been switched on for us. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty.  Swimming pool is available during the hot weather. Car parking was very convenient.

Set among orange groves in a beautifully kept garden with a swimming pool, our apartment, which was in fact a small independent house, was very clean, well-laid out and looked and felt new. It overlooked the swimming pool and had a wide front terrace with a dining table and BBQ, excellent and great fun in warmer weather. We were there in January, just for two days, but it was beautifully warm inside our small house and one of the days was lovely and sunny. We explored Kaunos and enjoyed visiting the local large market. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay hugely. Many thanks to you all!

Villa is super big can easily accommodate a family trip. You can park your car inside the gate territory, rooms are very clean comfortable bathroom is clean and nicely designed shower WiFi internet is super Fast downloading . Swimming pool just perfeck for swimming...basically Everything was absolutely amazing!!!! We would definitely came back !!!
