“Autumnal bliss! Wilgowrah was picture perfect, cosy, decadent and luxurious!”
Come autumn 2026, you know where to find us! This perfect gem so close to Mudgee proved to be the perfect base for our short escape. The property was beautiful, the homemade biscotti to die for and the other welcome goodies so well received. Our stay was nothing short of exceptional and best of all, able to be shared with our four legged family members.

The Wilgowrah Church has been restored to a 5 star residence. An idyllic setting in the country with all needs catered for. We could not be more pleased with this venue. Highly recommended.

A wonderful retreat close to Mudgee! It was my second time here and it is my favourite place to stay in Mudgee. I love the indoor and outdoor fireplaces, comfortable bed, classy amenities, and farm fresh eggs. The hosts were contactable and helpful.

“Dream escape”
The Wilgowrah church exceeded our expectations, it was exactly what we wanted/needed. It is a beautiful little place with amazing farmland views. It’s only a short distance from town so getting around was easy. We highly recommend staying here as we will definitely be back ourselves!

“Have recommended Willgowrah to all our friends, will definitely return.”
The attention to detail. Everything was perfect. All necessary supplies provided, dishwashing liquid, salt, pepper, olive oil, adequate toiletries etc. As 2 major tea drinkers there is often not enough tea bags provided. Willgowrah provided an abundance. Also, real milk was provided. As frequent travelers we are dismayed that most places only provide long life milk which is disgusting. As I said it's the attention to detail that matters.
