The property was beautifully appointed and thoughtfully designed, with every detail carefully considered. From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and completely at home. The pool and the stunning views were definite highlights, and the home itself exceeded our expectations in both comfort and style. It was exceptionally well equipped, with an impressive selection of games that kept everyone entertained throughout our stay. There was never a dull moment, whether we were relaxing by the pool, enjoying the living spaces, or having fun together indoors. The swimming pool was absolutely glorious, sparkling clean and perfect for long, lazy afternoons. The bathrooms felt truly luxurious, and we really appreciated that each one was stocked with quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Not tiny hotel bottles, but full sized products, which was such a thoughtful and generous touch. Overall, this was a fantastic stay and a property we would happily return to. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, beautifully maintained home with wonderful amenities and plenty to keep everyone entertained.

Great location, just out of town in quiet neighbourhood. Good pool. Indoor fire. Functional kitchen and well appointed. Very clean. Super comfy beds.

The view was lovely, the courtyard was perfect for our dogs. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. Plenty of kitchen equipment for self catering, coffee machine, 2 dishwashers, 3 large dining areas, outdoor fire pit, solar heated pool with lots of lounge chairs. The shower pressure was very good and lots of hot water. Plenty of kids games, pool table, basketball hoop and lots of space around house for kids to play in. The property is very spacious, spotlessly clean and great for a large family. Highly recommend it. Cannot wait to return!

The property was beautiful and very spacious everything was clean and tidy. The hosts were very accomodating, we stayed over Christmas and requested some Christmas decorations to which they provided with ease! Liss was very accessible for anything extra we needed and responded quickly. Great stay would definitely recommend.

The whole house was beautiful and so welcoming and warm. We loved the fireplace both inside and outside. It was a big beautiful home and the backyard was even bigger which was great for the kids to play and create amazing memories together. They had a lot of activities for the kids to play with which we loved. The property was gorgeous and had everything we needed. The hosts were amazing and always helpful with what ever we needed. Thank you so much for a beautiful stay. We can’t wait to come back in the summer time to enjoy the pool.

Large communal areas, plenty of seating and areas to gather depending on weather. Plenty of linen towels,plates, cups, glasses, cutlery etc and 2 dishwashers and beer fridge. Well catered for large groups with or without kids. All basics in pantry. Lots of parking and magnificent outlook from all areas of house. Fabulous secure grass area with basketball hoop. Billiard table and large pool with plenty of seating.

The location was magnificent, waking up to a cold winter morning with the fog and frost was something special. Spending the nights at the fire pit listening to music and drinking some of the local Mudgee wine made for an amazing time.

The house lived up to the high expectations set by the beautiful photographs, and went above and beyond with regard to facilities/extras. Pantry included all the essential items and condiments required for cooking, barbecues and cleaning up, PLENTY of crockery, glassware and cutlery, full bottle of milk and tea and coffee to last the whole stay, and bathrooms stocked with enough soap, shampoo, toilet paper etc for the whole stay. You really only need to bring your clothes and perishables for meals, everything else is provided. Plenty of entertainment too with heated pool, pool table, games, sound system, firepit, huge lawn. Plenty of table space. So many good things about this place, it really has absolutely everything you could ask for. We had 9 people in our group but even with 12 it would be very comfortable with plenty of space. The beds were really comfortable too.
