Cozy, stylish, clean and perfectly located little home with super helpful, caring staff. Check their cafe downstairs — it’s really yummy both for dinners and breakfasts. Staying there for the third time btw, it’s my ultimate chance when I visit Mtskheta.

Actually, those rooms are built on the rooftop, and they’re really small and low. So, taller people might find it a bit uncomfortable inside. Also, getting up to those rooms is quite difficult.

“Lovely Place”
Very clean, very friendly and caring owner, also they take care of the surroundings beautifully. We had a great time and had a great sleep. You can see all beautiful landmarks from one spot and enjoy the breezy night 🫶🏻 Overall recommend, 10/10! There is also a café downstairs and you can enjoy your mornings and evenings there 🧚🏻♂️

“Quiet, relaxing, great view”
Loved this place so much for a night away from Tbilisi. I was looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay and that's exactly what I got here. The small balcony looks directly onto the big church and is very peaceful. Really good sized room and giant bath which I didn't get the chance to use on this occasion. I would 100% stay here again if I was visiting Mstkheta.

I had an amazing stay at this cozy hotel! The room had a lovely balcony with breathtaking views of the local landmarks. The location is perfect; everything I wanted to see was just a short walk away. The staff were absolutely incredible – so friendly and helpful, they made me feel right at home. There’s also a charming café right at the hotel with delicious food and a warm, relaxing atmosphere. I loved spending time there after a day of exploring. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again!
